There are a number of pricing options for you to choose from. The one that best suits your needs will depend on the number of events and registrations you anticipate over a 12 month period.

GuestLIST is suitable for events where guests are not required to make a payment as part of their registration.

GuestLIST Plus is suitable for events where guests are not required to make a payment as part of their registration and need to register for more than one option.

BoxOFFICE is suitable for events where guests are required to make a payment as part of their registration.

BoxOFFICE Plus is suitable for events where guests are required to register for more than one option and make a payment as part of their registration.

Casual Facility is designed for one off, adhoc events or a small number of total events over a 12 month period.

Choose Annual Facility for multiple events over a 12 month period with the option of more than one Administrator access.

Payment Processing.

EventOFFICE provide a range of payment processing options designed to meet your needs:

Event Office Treasury: This option is best suited to clients with minimal administrative support who wish to have no involvement in the payment processing. Payments are processed through the EventOFFICE treasury with all transaction follow up and queries (failed transactions, refunds etc) being conducted by EventOFFICE staff. Funds are reconciled and remitted to clients monthly.

Features:

  • Complete management by EventOFFICE
  • Funds are reconciled and remitted monthly

Cost: $1 per transaction plus 3% of the total transaction amount. Cheque dishonor, refund and follow-up fees for failed and disputed transactions are also applicable.

Payment Gateway Integration: This option is best suited to clients who have their own payment gateway such as PayPal, SecurePay or DirectONE and wish to minimise their costs.

The EventOFFICE registration site will be integrated with your own payment gateway to automatically process guest payments. Clients can view the payment status of each registration and funds are deposited directly into clients’ bank accounts. This method requires clients to manage and follow up declined transactions and refunds etc.

  • System is integrated into clients’ existing payment gateway for automated payment processing
  • Clients required to manage declined transactions, customer refunds and payment enquiries

Cost: $500

Payment Gateway Set-up and Integration: This option is best suited to clients who do not have their own payment gateway but wish to minimise costs by managing any required payment follow-ups, refunds and the like. A payment gateway will be established for you with payments being automatically processed and the funds from processed transactions deposited directly into the bank account of your choice. This method requires clients to manage and follow up declined transactions and refunds etc.

Cost: $2,500

Manual Payment Processing by client: Credit Card information is electronically issued to client for manual processing.

Cost: No additional charge

 

 

Fee Summary - how we work.

There are four areas where we charge for service
1. Registration Fees per Guest.
2. Event Setup
3. Professional Support including Customisation/Tailoring/Studio time and solution design
4. Event Treasury - Service fees for managing and processing payments.

 

Terms and Conditions.

All prices are displayed ex-GST.

One hour is allowed for each event set-up. Should your registration site require significant branding and customisation then this will be charged in 15 minute blocks at $200 per hour.

A minimum of 50 guest spots applies to Casual GuestLIST and BoxOFFICE facilities. Accordingly, based on 50 guest spots, Casual GuestLIST minimum charge is $525 and BoxOFFICE is $600.

The Casual GuestLIST, BoxOFFICE + Annual Individual allows for only one administrator login.
